As beautiful as summertime is in rural New Jersey, I decided to spend July and August 2018 in Chicago.  Two of my closest friends live there, so it was an easy decision.  One of them is in her second year of business school, so she helped me find an apartment to sublet from one of her classmates.  It's been an amazing summer, and here are the best food memories:

Best Meal: Giant. Hands down. Went back 2 days later.

Rooftop: The Robey, Bixi Beer

Brunch: Lula Cafe, Quiote

Meat: Burger at 3 Arts Cafe, Buvette’s Steakhouse

Asian: Sun Wah and their peking duck 3 ways, Phoenix Garden Dim Sum, Sushi San

Delivery: Monteverde on Caviar

Most…Interesting: Schwa
